Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking:

• To secure your consultation a non-refundable fee of $50 AUD is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied towards your total cost on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments:

• We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.
• If you miss your appointment entirely (no-show), you will be charged the full consultation fee.
• Please note that any pre-paid booking fees are non-refundable.

Payment:

• Consultation fees are due on the day of your appointment or within 7 days of your visit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided on your invoice.
• Any outstanding payments remaining unpaid for four (4) weeks will incur a $50 late fee. An additional $10 late fee per week will be applied for each subsequent week that the payment remains overdue.
